John Hanly

Dr. John Hanly is a Professor of Medicine and Pathology at Dalhousie University and attending staff rheumatologist at affiliated academic medical centers in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Dr. Hanly's major research focus is the study of pathogenic mechanisms and clinical outcomes in SLE, with a particular emphasis on nervous system lupus. He is the immediate past Chair of the Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC), a research network of 32 academic centers in 11 countries.
